Premum Lawn Care Services Include
- 🌾 Mowing – Mow, Trim, and Edge. Scheduled weekly service (up to 4 times per month during peak season).
- 💨 Blowing Debris – Clearing hard surfaces after each visit.
- ✂️ Shrub & Hedge Trimming – Pruning and shaping of hedges and shrubs.
- 🍂 Seasonal Leaf Cleanup – Removal and collection of fallen leaves to maintain a clean and tidy lawn.
- 🌱 Fertilization & Weed Control – Application of nutrients and treatments to promote a healthy lawn.
- 🪵 Mulching – Installation of fresh mulch to enhance plant health and improve landscape appearance (limited to one service per year and maximum of 2 yards of native brown mulch).

- Scope of Services
LawnScript provides premium commercial lawn care services on a prepaid monthly basis. Our standard services include:
✔ Mowing – Scheduled weekly or biweekly service (up to 4 times per month during peak season)
✔ Edging – Precision edging along sidewalks, driveways, and landscape borders
✔ Trimming – String trimming around landscaping, fences, and obstacles
✔ Blowing Debris – Clearing hard surfaces after each visit
Optional Add-Ons (Available for Any Plan, Ask for Quote)
🌿 Shrub & Hedge Trimming – Starting at $75 per visit
🍂 Seasonal Leaf Cleanup – Starting at $100 per visit
🌱 Fertilization & Weed Control – Starting at $125 per application
- Pricing & Prepayment Terms

- All lawn care service plans require prepayment on the 1st of each month or the regular date when you began services (i.e. 15th, 25th, etc.).
- No refunds will be issued for any prepaid services.
- Clients are encouraged to stay on the plan year-round to maintain a consistent rate.
- Clients who pause or cancel service may be subject to higher re-enrollment fees or may lose placement on the service route.

- Slow Grow Season Policy

- During the slow grow season (late fall/winter months), grass growth slows naturally, reducing the need for weekly mowing.
- Service frequency may adjust to every 2-4 weeks based on seasonal growth conditions.
- Monthly pricing remains the same year-round, ensuring a consistent rate for clients while maintaining priority placement on the service route.

- No-Contract, Flexible Service

- LawnScript operates on a no-contract basis; service can be canceled at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
- Service will continue automatically each month unless the client submits a cancellation request.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle (before the 1st of the month).

- Service Schedule & Conditions

- Weekly mowing includes up to 4 visits per month during peak season.
- Weather Delays: If inclement weather prevents service, LawnScript will reschedule at the earliest available time.
- Property Access: Clients must ensure unobstructed access to all areas requiring service (e.g., unlocked gates, cleared debris). If access is blocked, the full service fee may still apply.

- Liability & Property Damage

- LawnScript carries commercial liability insurance for accidental property damage.
- Clients must notify LawnScript of any pre-existing damage to turf, irrigation systems, or landscaping.
- LawnScript is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden objects (e.g., sprinkler heads, cables, hoses).
- LawnScript cannot be held responsible for areas of the lawn that stay too wet and result in damage to the lawn or turf from lawn mowing services.

- Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes regarding service quality or billing must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
- LawnScript will investigate and, if necessary, provide a service adjustment or re-service at our discretion.

- LawnScript reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before their next billing cycle.

Acknowledgment of Terms & Conditions
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of LawnScript’s commercial lawn care service. I agree to abide by these terms, including the prepaid monthly billing policy, no-refund policy, and seasonal service adjustments.
I understand that this is not a contract and that I may cancel service at any time. However, I also acknowledge that pausing or canceling service may result in higher re-enrollment fees or loss of placement on the service route.
